Borja Ferreras, MD
Dr. Ferreras is a Research Fellow in the division of Neuropsychiatry and Neuromodulation at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical Medical School. He completed his medical training at Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia, devoting his last two years of university to clinical practice and research, participating in multiple projects under the guidance of Dr. Angela Acero, such as the COLIVE study of LATAM, part of the iLIVE project, focused on end of life interventions, as well as the analysis of EEG entropy measurements for the diagnosis and control of Alzheimer’s Disease. After graduation Borja joined the Photobiomodulation Program alongside Dr. Cassano, hoping to contribute to the study of non-psychopharmacological measures in psychiatry.
