Marcella was an Intern in the Division of Neuropsychiatry and Neuromodulation at MGH.
Former Biography
Marcella is an undergraduate student at Harvard University, double majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology. During her gap year, she worked at McKnight Brain Institute conducting nicotine addiction studies through long access intracranial self-stimulation in rats. During her junior year, she worked on translating an online course through the Gunderson Personality Disorders Institute into Spanish. These experiences led her to pursue research in a clinical setting and further her knowledge of neuropsychiatry. In her free time, she enjoy drawing, playing the piano, painting and spending time with friends. She is also a huge coffee lover and is on the Harvard varsity swim and dive team.
